Habitat-based Point Transect Survey Data Queries Species Counts (total individuals detected with effort): Obtain raw count data from RMBO Habitat-based Point Transect Survey database. Data can be queried at the region, management entity, management unit, state, county, habitat and transect by year and by species. Habitat associations from point transect technique: Tabular and graphical representation of habitat associations calculated using raw count data from the Habitat-based Point Transect Survey database. The estimates are adjusted for effort. Density Estimates Shortgrass Prairie Survey Data Queries Species Counts (total individuals detected with effort): Obtain raw count data from RMBO Shortgrass Prairie Survey database. Data can be queried at the grassland, state, county and transect by year and by species. Shortgrass prairie species specific habitat condition analyses: Chi-squared, Bonferroni adjusted, analyses, using data from the section-survey database, showing species selection or avoidance of two separate habitat conditions (shrub cover and grass height). Point Survey Data Queries Species Counts (total individuals detected with effort): Obtain raw count data from RMBO Point Based Survey database. Data can be queried at the pasture and point level by year and by species.
