Families are invited to observe birds in the hand at the Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory’s
(RMBO) Barr Lake State Park Banding Station! The day will begin with a short quarter
mile hike to the Banding Station. Bird Bander, Meredith McBurney, will teach families
about the banding process, bird identification, and bird adaptations.
